Job
Summary:
This position will serve as a senior member of the Kreg Tool marketing team. This individual will have several roles and responsibilities within the team and will be assigned to multiple projects, impacting multiple customer touch points at any given time.
Job Profile:
Marketing Communications:? Collaborate with product management, sales and other internal departments to manage the development and strategy for marketing materials including packaging, product brochures, sales sheets, email, catalogs, web and dealer/retail communications.
? Provide overflow support to the Direct Marketing Manager on direct marketing projects related to engagement and direct sales.? Manage relationships and contracts for trade publications to attain ad placements and negotiate rates; collaborate with creative staff regarding advertising placement and creative strategies.
? Responsible for ensuring collaborate with entire marketing team to ensure brand consistency in message, tone, design and execution in all materials.
? Manage accuracy of marketing materials and information on corporate intranet, dealer extranet and website.
? Participate in the design, development and maintenance of the corporate websites, as required.
? Prioritize and manage marketing requests such as customer presentations, video and photo requests, public relations support.
Project Management:? Effectively develop strategy, budget, timeline and tactics for marketing projects as assigned.
? Manage day to day project execution including meetings, communications, vendor selection and management, deliverables, executive approvals, budget and metrics.
Tradeshows and Events:? Assist management in researching events to determine business fit, target audience and cost, and recommend strategic participation.
? Lead onsite events including site inspections, contract negotiations, event details and related communications to customers and staff.
? Coordinate floor space acquisition, location and booth details with event management.
? Manage planning process to include budget, logistics, staff participation, booth messaging, product demonstrations, advertising and onsite details.
? Provide onsite event support where needed.
? Plan and execute marketing events, such as trade shows and customer hospitality events. Lead coordination logistics, including registration and attendee tracking, presentation and materials support and pre- and post-event evaluations.
? Procure and select vendor services. Coordinate facility, exhibit set-up, equipment and catering requirements.
Education and/or
Experience:
Bachelor?s degree in marketing, journalism/communications or related degree.
5-7 years? experience in Marketing or related field.
Strong working knowledge of marketing communication practices.
Other Skills and Abilities:
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects to completion and within deadlines.
Strong computer skills with high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
